Use of LLM ("AI") Technology

Bots that incorporate LLM technology as part of their output generation are, for now, completely banned from holding accounts on TootCat. (This was the outcome of a consensus among TootCat users on 2026-08-12 and earlier. The announcement is here, with some discussion following.)
