We had this blocked for awhile due to slurs and fash, but apparently the problem was signup-bots which the site's admin was having difficulty preventing. He eventually got it under control, and we unblocked them.

The public posts from admin's end of the discussion have since been deleted; in a followers-only post on 2023-06-04, he notified us that the problem seemed to be under control. (A screenshot of the deleted posts are in our private moderation repo.)
